The board, the parts, the leads and the payroll on one screen.
Most shops run a management system for the board, a spreadsheet for parts margin, a second spreadsheet for commission, and somebody's memory for the rest. Easy Shop is one system that does all of it, and tells you what every car actually made.
Live in a shop since August 1st. Cycle time is down four days.
Three weeks, in a shop that has not finished adopting it, on software that is not finished being written. Both of those are true and both are on this page on purpose.

Flagged to chase: quiet nine days, still live, nothing booked. Worked out from the lead, not a flag somebody forgot to clear.

Booking wrote the appointment to the calendar and carried the lead with it.
Deleting a lead needs a reason and takes it out of every count and report. Numbers are never reused.

Anyone on a sales pay plan is left off this screen entirely. Paying somebody twice is the mistake worth designing out.

Written up at the car
Scan the VIN, take the photos, get the name and number. The file exists before the customer has left the lot, and it is on the board by the time you walk back inside.
Photos go up as the camera took them — HEIC converted, PDFs given a first page you can see — and they land on the file instead of in somebody's texts.

It appears on the board straight away.
A stand-in for the real thing, with a shop's worth of cars in it. The live app is the same screens against your own data.
One system instead of five
All of it on the same file, behind the same login.
Board and file
Every car, its lane, its assignments, its photos and paperwork, its dates and its money — one drawer, opened from anywhere.
Parts
Order in bulk by vendor, receive with short counts, type costs off the invoice when it turns up. Margin per line and per file.
Leads and scheduling
Who called, who has not been called back, what got booked. Follow-up is worked out, not remembered.
Close-out and profit
What the car brought in, what it cost to do, what is left. Per file, at the moment you close it.
Payroll and commission
Techs by the hour, flat rate or salary; salespeople on their own plan. Both read the same closed files.
Reports and the log
Production, cycle, leads and closed months — plus a log of who changed what, which nobody can edit.
Who built it
Build for shops by someone who has spent over 16 years in them. It isn't repurposed software build on someone elses backbone. Its built from the ground up with repair facilities in mind from day one.
Where it stands
Straight, so there are no surprises later.
It is in alpha and it is being written now. Twenty-four modules are built and running; invoicing is being ported over from the app it replaces.
One shop has been on it since August 1st. Their cycle time is down four days and they are still only part way through adopting it.
Things still change week to week, and a shop that comes on now gets a say in what changes. That is the trade.
Your shop's data is your shop's — its own database, its own roles, its own board. Nothing is shared with anyone else's.
